Take airport access road going east. Follow signs to Hotel Zone or “Zona Hotelera” and follow onto the island. From there, the Sunset Royal Resort is approximately 9 miles on the right.

Playa del Carmen
Playa del Carmen is only 45 minutes from Tulum ruins, or Cancun. It’s central location makes it convenient to all the sights & adventures on Mexico’s tropical Caribbean coastline.
Tulum
During the daylight hours you can catch a bus regularly to Tulum, probably on the hour or so. The ride will take about 2 hours.
Cozumel
The best way now is to get from the Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen by way of the bus from the airport to Playa Del Carmen.
